Children

Children are special - and dealing with problems relating to them needs specialist care. We can help in all areas where legal advice and action are necessary, often at an early stage. These include disputes over residence or contact following divorce or separation, abuse, abduction or care proceedings.

Our family team is well placed to assist in all these areas, and in particular in care proceedings, where we have a Solicitor who is on the Child Care Panel, a specialist panel of solicitors who represent children, and another solicitor who has long experience in acting for parents and other relatives in such proceedings.
