The making of a will is one of the most important services a Solicitor provides for his client and one of the most fundamental documents in the client's life. The intensity rules often lead to results which are not in accordance with the client's wishes. Nevertheless, a will does not need to be a complicated document but it does need very careful drafting, requiring great expertise because the law on the subject is very complicated. However we can, because of our depth of experience over many years and by use of carefully drafted computerised precedents, prepare a will relatively inexpensively and succinctly.

Not to make a will may be a little short of irresponsible. Whatever the client's age or circumstances they should make a will, and because none of us knows when they are going to die, putting off the will is dangerous, expensive and often leads to results which leave the deceased's family bereft and needing lawyers' help to "unscramble" those results.
