Coronavirus (Covid-19) update
We are all now finding ourselves dealing with an unprecedented situation and one that is placing increasing pressure on firms like Ranson Houghton to work from home where this is possible.
We are constantly reviewing what is happening both here in the UK and abroad and acting in accordance with H M Government’s advice and in accordance with any best practice directives.
Provided we are permitted to do so our Andover office is to remain open however many of our staff will be working remotely so only a skeleton staff will remain in the office working hard behind closed doors.
Please be aware that due to the fact that many of our staff will be working remotely, and, in order to minimalise risk we will, unfortunately, only be able to have a face to face meeting with you if it is essential and then only if a pre-arranged appointment has been made.
Please be assured that staff not working in the office will have remote access to files and telephone messages will be passed on to the relevant fee earner by using electronic communication enabling us to offer as close to our usual service as possible.
If you need to drop in documents, please put them in an envelope addressed to the relevant fee earner acting for you and then post them through our letter box either at our Bridge Street address in Andover if your matter is being dealt with there or alternatively at our Brown Street address in Salisbury if your matter is being dealt with there.
