Coronavirus (Covid-19) update
We are all now finding ourselves dealing with an unprecedented situation and one that is placing increasing pressure on firms like Ranson Houghton to work from home wherever possible.
We are constantly reviewing what is happening both here in the UK and abroad and acting in accordance with H M Government’s advice and in accordance with any best practice directives.
Provided we are permitted to do so, our Andover office is to remain open for business but with a locked door and limited access to the public, however many of our staff will be working remotely so only a skeleton staff will remain in the office, working hard behind closed doors.
In order to minimalise risk, unfortunately we will only be able to have a face-to-face meeting with you if it is deemed essential and then only if a pre-arranged appointment has been made. Face coverings will be mandatory as will bringing your own pen please.
Please be assured that staff not working in the office will have remote access to files, telephone messages will be passed on to the relevant fee earner and by using electronic communication we will be able to offer as close to our usual service as possible.
If you need to drop off documents, please place them in an envelope addressed to the relevant fee earner acting for you and then place them through the letter box either at our Bridge Street address in Andover if your matter is being dealt with there or alternatively at our Brown Street address in Salisbury if your matter is being dealt with there.
If you have any questions regarding the situation, please do not hesitate to call us on 01264 333 505 for Andover matters or on 01722 328 871 for Salisbury matters.
Government guidelines are changing daily and we will continue to do our best to offer uninterrupted service levels whilst protecting our clients, staff and the wider public.
Thank you for your understanding in these trying times.
