Head of Conveyancing in the Andover Office
Angelique is a Licensed Conveyancer. She joined Fergus Houghton Sears in 2003 dealing with her own case load within the department. Fergus Houghton Sears merged with Ranson Houghton in 2004 and now Angelique heads the Conveyancing department in Andover.
Angelique specialises in Residential Conveyancing, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and shared ownership sales along with help-to-buy redemptions.
Ranson Houghton has been accredited with the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) since 2012.
In her spare time, Angelique has played netball for a local team in Hampshire for the last 30 years and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
